Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) is developing a new digital system that will integrate corporate, HR, and social services into a single space. The project aims to simplify employee interactions with internal resources and develop digital technologies in the railway industry.
The platform will provide unified access to corporate and production systems, personalized HR tools, digitalization of social programs, and automation of internal processes. Particular attention is paid to improving cybersecurity and protecting personal data.
The solution is being developed using modern architectural principles and will be integrated with KTZ’s key systems. All products comply with ISO 27001 and ST RK 1695-2007 standards, and the company holds exclusive rights to the software. The platform is scheduled to launch in 2026.
