Aviator Airport Alliance, the largest independent provider of ground handling services in Northern Europe, has extended its agreement with Finnish airline Finnair. Under the contract, its subsidiary, Aviator Airport Services Finland, will continue to provide de-icing and winter handling services at Helsinki Airport (HEL) during the 2025–2028 seasons. Aviator is part of the Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest provider of ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) services.

Aviator Airport Services Finland will continue to provide high-quality aircraft handling services to Finnair, with nine units located on two dedicated sites at the airport. The agreement also covers other winter services, including aircraft heating and engine protection.

“We are grateful to Finnair for their trust and continued cooperation. Safety, efficiency, and reliability are our top priorities,” said Jonne Lehtioksa, Head of Commercial Operations at Aviator Airport Services Finland.

Finnair’s Vice President of Ground Operations, Jukka Glader, emphasized that “Finnish winter expertise and strong partnerships like the one with Aviator are the foundation of the airline’s stable and safe operations at Helsinki Airport.”
