Four Parx has received official planning permission for a multifunctional commercial and logistics complex in Kirchheim-Heimstetten, near Munich. The project, commissioned by investor Quincap Investment Partners, is being built on a 76,500 square meter site.
The site will include two buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 52,500 square meters, intended for commercial, industrial, and logistics use. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2025.
According to Four Parx representatives, the project emphasizes architectural quality, sustainability, and flexibility, which will attract both local small and medium-sized enterprises and international companies. Kirchheim Mayor Stefan Keck noted that the collaboration with Four Parx and Quincap will provide a significant boost to the local economy.
