According to the Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine, Ukrainian seaports handled 134,191 TEUs in the first eight months of 2025 (January–August), a 3.3% increase over the entire 2024 annual figure and the best result since the start of the full-scale war.

According to the Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine, the structure of container shipments was as follows: exports amounted to 66,892 TEUs, imports to 63,042 TEUs, and transit to 4,257 TEUs. Despite ongoing military threats and the challenging global logistics situation, Ukrainian ports are demonstrating resilience and a steady recovery.

The Association emphasized that these results are a positive signal for businesses: even in times of crisis, Ukrainian ports remain a reliable link in global supply chains and are capable of effectively supporting export and import operations.
