Leviahub has acquired GSI Software, a Cádiz-based company specializing in digital supply chain solutions. This strengthens Leviahub’s presence in Spain, where it already operates in Barcelona and Madrid, and adds expertise in customs technology to its portfolio. The deal is part of the company’s international expansion strategy.
According to Leviahub CEO Alessandro Parovella, the deal is “a key step in rewriting international supply chains with innovative products designed to meet real customer needs.” GSI founder Javier Prieto noted that the partnership will expand growth opportunities and enable the company to more confidently address new challenges.
Leviahub previously integrated companies such as Nova Systems, ithings, Digitalhub, and Beconnecthub into its business, strengthening its position as a European leader in digital logistics and customs solutions.
