Aviator Airport Alliance, part of the Avia Solutions Group and operating at 15 airports in Northern Europe, has extended its contract with Wizz Air for another three years. As part of the agreement, the company will continue to provide passenger handling, ramp handling and de-icing services at three airports – Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Malmö.
The agreement covers more than 1,800 Wizz Air flights from Copenhagen to destinations such as Budapest, Belgrade, Gdansk, Warsaw and Bucharest, as well as around 1,500 services in Sweden, split between Gothenburg and Malmö airports. The companies began their partnership in 2015, and now the total cooperation will reach 12 years.
Aviator Airport Alliance CEO Jo Alex Tanem noted that the continued cooperation demonstrates trust and a strong relationship with Wizz Air, which operates around 800 routes to almost 200 destinations in Europe and beyond. In turn, Wizz Air emphasized that the choice of Aviator confirms confidence in the high quality and reliability of ground services.
