German company Helrom, which specializes in the transportation of semi-trailers by rail, has filed for preliminary insolvency, launching a financial restructuring process. This was announced by Sales Director Bruno Weissmann on his LinkedIn page.
Despite the difficult situation, Helrom continues to service key routes in the east-west and north-south directions, maintaining its core business without interruption. At the same time, the company is shutting down unprofitable routes and focusing on economically sustainable routes.
“This is a difficult stage for the entire team and partners, but we remain true to our mission – to change the approach to rail transport with greater focus and discipline,” Weissmann noted. Helrom expects to stabilize its operations and ensure long-term development in the new conditions.
