In June 2025, a record volume of coal exports from JSC Shubarkol Komir was recorded through the KTZ network — 841 thousand tons, which is 26% higher than the average monthly figures for the current year. As noted by the press service of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, the achievement was made possible thanks to the coordinated work of railway workers and all participants in the logistics chain.

The total volume of coal transportation in June amounted to 1.2 million tons, which is 11.1% more than the same period last year. At the same time, 326 thousand tons of coal were transported across the territory of Kazakhstan, which emphasizes the importance of effective interaction of all links in the transport process to ensure stable freight flows.
