From the end of August, Contargo will launch two new regular rail services between Poland and France as part of the Poland France Shuttle service. One of the routes will directly connect the LDCT terminals in Dourges (France) and Miratrans in Krzewo (Poland), while the other will connect Dourges with Kutno in Poland, with a stopover in Duisburg.

These lines will be Contargo’s first direct continental rail services between Poland and France, offering an environmentally friendly alternative to road transport. The new service will provide logistical connectivity to key regions in France, including Bordeaux, Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Perpignan and Rennes.

The direct connection to Krzewo will initially operate once a week, with the prospect of increasing to two services. The route to Kutno will be operated via the PCC partner network: trains will initially run from Dourges to Duisburg, and then from Duisburg to central Poland.
