A delegation from Chengdu Qingbaijiang District, led by Li Jinping, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee, visited the headquarters of Neptune Logistics Group to explore the potential for cooperation in the field of logistics. The delegation included representatives from the archives department, economic information bureau, investment promotion department, port committee and other organizations. Neptune’s management, led by Chairman and CEO Zhu Luzhi, warmly welcomed the guests and held a series of negotiations.
During the visit, the company’s key digital developments were presented – a logistics management platform with intelligent route planning and full delivery visualization capabilities. At the forum, both sides discussed expanding cooperation in multimodal transportation and integrating logistics with industrial chains.
Li Jinping noted the strategic importance of Qingbaijiang as the core of Chengdu International Railway Port and emphasized the potential of Neptune Logistics in the region. He expressed hope for the creation of an integrated transportation system based on the principle of “railway + aviation/sea/auto” and the attraction of new anchor investors. In response, Zhu Luzhi emphasized the importance of the Asia-Rongzhou-European Corridor consolidation center project and stated the company’s desire for long-term cooperation and development of a logistics network based on the hub in Chengdu.
