Minister of Transport of Kazakhstan Marat Karabayev and Ambassador of France Sylvain Guiguet held talks on the development of transport infrastructure, civil aviation and logistics. Particular attention was paid to the creation of new routes that will strengthen economic ties between the countries.
The parties discussed the participation of French companies in the modernization of the logistics infrastructure of Kazakhstan, including within the framework of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route. This will improve the efficiency of cargo transportation and strengthen the transit potential of the region.
Following the meeting, Karabayev and Guiguet confirmed their readiness to further deepen cooperation, which will strengthen the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and France in the transport sector.
