UBV Group has acquired 100% of the shares of ISL Nardi, a Milan-based logistics company specializing in international shipping. The deal is in line with UBV’s strategy to expand in Europe and Asia, strengthening its position on key trade routes.
ISL Nardi operates in the sea, air, land and rail transport segments, with branches in China and Turkey. In 2024, its revenue was €60 million. UBV, which manages daily shipments in Italy, Europe and around the world, now has 18 branches and consolidated revenues of €260 million.
The deal is UBV’s 15th acquisition in the last 15 years. According to the company’s chairman Pietro Porro, this strengthens UBV’s international presence, especially in its key market – China.
