Minister of Transport of Kazakhstan Marat Karabayev and Minister of Infrastructure of Estonia Vladimir Svet held a working online meeting to discuss prospects for cooperation in the field of port infrastructure. More than 60 representatives of businesses, seaports and exporters of the two countries took part in the video conference.
The main focus was on the development of transport routes that can strengthen economic ties and improve trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Estonia. Both sides noted the importance of such routes for the transit of Kazakh goods through Estonian ports.
Following the meeting, the ministers expressed their readiness to further deepen cooperation in the field of transport logistics, which should strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
