Special attention was paid to agricultural cooperation. For the first time in eight years, Kazakhstan exported over 15,000 tons of wheat to Vietnam, and in 2025, the first direct combined grain deliveries were launched using multimodal logistics without reloading containers, reducing delivery times and costs. This experience is seen as an important step in strengthening Kazakhstan’s position as a reliable food supplier to Southeast Asian countries. Export potential is proposed to be expanded by adding flour, meat and dairy products, as well as oilseeds. The Kazakh side has also initiated an expedited process for negotiating a cooperation agreement in veterinary medicine.

In the transport and logistics sector, Vietnam has been encouraged to more actively utilize the infrastructure of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (the Middle Corridor), which allows for a three- to four-fold reduction in cargo delivery times compared to the southern sea route. Kazakhstan expressed its readiness to create optimal logistics conditions and develop joint projects, including initiatives in light industry and the automotive industry. Nguyen Hoa Binh reaffirmed the friendly nature of bilateral relations, supported the development of the Middle Corridor, and the initiative to establish a Kazakh-Vietnamese Business Council, noting the high potential for further growth in mutual trade and interregional cooperation.
