ITE Management L.P. announced the acquisition of CS Leasing Holding PTE Ltd., a container leasing provider specializing in ISO tank containers and special cargo transportation. As part of the transaction, ITE’s funds now manage approximately 55,000 units of equipment located on four continents.
The integration of ISO tank containers and dry cargo solutions complements ITE’s existing portfolio, which includes rail assets, chassis, dry containers, and aviation assets. CS Leasing serves the chemical, industrial, and logistics industries, allowing ITE to significantly strengthen its position in the freight transportation segment and expand its operational infrastructure.
The company notes that the deal continues its investment strategy in the intermodal sector, which began with the acquisition of Milestone Chassis. ITE Management believes that, amid growing demands for flexibility and coordination in global logistics, such acquisitions are particularly important for the further development of the market.
