The Swiss exhibition and congress company MCH Group has signed a long-term agreement with the logistics provider Kuehne+Nagel, which will become the Group’s official partner effective July 1, 2026. The contract covers services for the country’s largest exhibition venues: Messe Basel, Messe Zürich, and Beaulieu Lausanne. The combined floor area of these facilities exceeds 182,000 square meters, and they host more than 150 events of varying scales annually.
As part of this collaboration, Kuehne+Nagel will be responsible for providing a comprehensive suite of logistics services for exhibition organizers and participants. The company’s duties will include the international transport of exhibition cargo, the delivery of equipment to the venues, and the coordination of all on-site processes during events. For MCH Group – the organizer of renowned events such as Art Basel, Swissbau, and Giardina – reliable logistics constitute a key factor in the successful execution of its exhibitions.
Roman Imgrüt, CEO of MCH Group’s Exhibitions & Events division, noted that the partnership with Kuehne+Nagel will ensure consistent, high-quality service for exhibitors and organizers across all three of the company’s venues. In turn, Jörn Schneemann, Head of Expo and Event Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel, emphasized that the agreement underscores the confidence placed in the company’s international expertise and its readiness to provide tailored logistics solutions for MCH Group’s events in the years to come.
