Head of Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) Rovshan Rustamov met with Head of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Office in Azerbaijan Sunniyeh Durrani-Jamal. The parties highly appreciated the successful cooperation and contribution of ADB to the development of the country’s railway infrastructure.
During the discussion, special attention was paid to projects implemented with the support of the bank, including the digitalization of the railway system of Azerbaijan and the restoration of the Sumgayit-Yalama section. Prospects for further cooperation in new areas were also discussed.
