Aviator Airport Alliance, part of the Avia Solutions Group, has extended its contract with DHL for ground handling at six airports in Northern Europe. The new agreement, effective 1 February 2025, is for three years and continues more than a decade of cooperation between the companies.
Since 2010, Aviator has provided services at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN), and since 2011 at five Norwegian airports: Stavanger (SVG), Bergen (BGO), Ålesund (AES), Kristiansand (KRS) and Trondheim (TRD). Under the renewed contract, the company will provide ground handling and de-icing for 1,560 flights in Norway and 350 flights in Sweden.
Aviator Airport Alliance CEO Jo Alex Tanem noted that the contract extension is a testament to the trusting relationship with DHL and the high level of service. DHL also highlighted the importance of the partnership with Aviator, calling it an integral part of the company’s successful work in the region.
