Azerbaijan Railways (ADY), part of the AZCON holding, and Turkish State Railways (TCDD) signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at developing bilateral cooperation in the railway sector. The document was signed by ADY Chairman Rovshan Rustamov and TCDD CEO and Chairman of the Board Veysi Kurt.
The agreement provides for deeper cooperation in key areas of the railway industry, including infrastructure development, improved train management, and the implementation of joint innovative solutions. Particular emphasis is placed on the exchange of experience and best practices between the two companies.
Furthermore, the memorandum covers personnel training and professional development, as well as regular information exchange. The parties hope that the implementation of these agreements will contribute to the increased efficiency of rail transportation and the strengthening of transport links between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
