French shipping company CMA CGM will become the third carrier to serve Ukraine with its own tonnage. The new Odessa Express (ODX) service will connect the port of Odessa with key ports in Greece and Turkey. CMA CGM will deploy two vessels with a capacity of 1,100-1,500 TEU for the route.

The route will include calls at Piraeus (Greece), Odessa (Ukraine), as well as the Turkish port of Ambarli in Istanbul. Odessa will be a key point for CMA CGM, where the company operates its own terminal. This move distinguishes CMA CGM from competitors such as MSC and Iteris Feeders, which serve Ukraine via the port of Chornomorsk.

The launch of ODX highlights CMA CGM’s commitment to expanding its presence in the region, providing stable and reliable transport solutions for Ukrainian customers.
