The state-of-the-art facility integrates modern logistics with production capabilities and boasts direct transport links to the port of Antwerp. This strategic move enables John Deere to focus on manufacturing turf sector machines at the new location, thereby fortifying its presence in Europe.
John Deere has chosen Belgium for its latest business site. The relocation from the previous warehouse in ‘s-Heerenberg, Netherlands, facilitates complex assembly work and comprehensive logistics operations for incoming and outgoing machinery. Rhenus Automotive’s expertise in both logistics and production, offering an all-encompassing solution, played a pivotal role in John Deere’s decision. The new 30,000 square meter site, including a 10,000 square meter outdoor storage area, empowers John Deere to enhance efficiency and meet the escalating demand for its high-quality agricultural machines.
