The development company CTP has completed the construction of a multifunctional logistics park with an area of 27,300 sq. m in Linth (Brandenburg, Germany). The new facility includes 15,500 sq. m of warehouse, office and social space. Thanks to its location next to the A9 and A2 motorways, the complex has convenient transport access to Berlin and Leipzig.
The project was implemented with sustainability in mind: solar panels and heat pumps were installed, which meets ESG standards. The company is also aiming to obtain the DGNB Gold certificate, confirming a high level of environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.
The logistics park has space available for lease: in existing buildings from 1,000 sq. m, in new premises – from 3,000 sq. m. Part of the complex is already occupied by a regional logistics operator, and the remaining space is available for lease.
