DACHSER has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Finnish joint venture DACHSER Finland Oy, strengthening its road transport network in Northern Europe. The joint venture, established in 2013 with ACE Logistics Group, is fully integrated into DACHSER’s Northern European logistics structure under the leadership of Managing Director Peter Huth. Customers in the region will now benefit from comprehensive transport and logistics services for industrial, consumer goods and food, as well as close integration with air and sea freight.

The partnership with ACE Logistics Group, which has lasted for more than 25 years, remains key to DACHSER’s operations in the Baltics and Ukraine. ACE is headquartered in Tallinn and will continue to cooperate within the European road transport network.

In the Nordic region, DACHSER has around 1,800 employees and is actively expanding its presence. In early 2024, the company acquired the Swedish Frigoscandia AB and opened new branches in Aalborg (Denmark) and Kristiansand (Norway). In Sweden, the logistics operator is expanding its capacities in Jönköping and Landskrona, and a new facility will open in Tampere (Finland) in spring 2025.
