DHL and Allegro expand cooperation in the field of e-commerce.

DHL eCommerce and the largest Polish e-commerce platform Allegro have entered into a strategic partnership, integrating DHL delivery into the Allegro Delivery program. Allegro users can now choose convenient delivery options: courier, DHL POP pick-up points or modern DHL BOX 24/7 parcel terminals. This cooperation is aimed at simplifying online shopping and increasing the availability of logistics services for customers.

The Allegro Delivery program provides full control over the delivery process – from sending goods to handling returns and complaints. Allegro acts as a single point of contact for buyers and sellers, offering flexible solutions that adapt to the needs of users. Thanks to the partnership with DHL, it is becoming even easier for the popular platform in Poland to provide fast and convenient delivery throughout the country.

The demand for “last mile” logistics is growing, especially in the segment of delivery to parcel terminals and pick-up points. According to DHL research, Poland is the only country where 64% of online shoppers prefer parcel terminals to home delivery. The Polish e-commerce market is expected to reach $36.13 billion by 2029, and the choice of convenient delivery options will continue to play a key role in deciding where to buy online.
