Transport and logistics company Duvenbeck has announced the acquisition of Sander Logistics Group, adding Sander branches in Hamburg, Itzehoe, Rostock, Halle and Moosburg to its portfolio. With almost a century of experience in the industry, Sander will bring valuable local expertise to the Duvenbeck network and strengthen its market position.
Following the transaction, Sander will retain its brand to maintain relationships with existing customers, but will become an independent division within Duvenbeck. This integration will enable both companies to grow and will also provide access to key logistics hubs in northern and eastern Germany.
