In Flanders and Brussels, updated Viapass toll rates for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are coming into force. The toll amount depends on the weight (three categories: 3.5–12 t, 12–32 t, over 32 t) and the emission class – from Euro 0 to Euro 6. Zero-emission trucks (ZEV) equipped with an active on-board unit are still exempt from the toll. In Wallonia, the rates remain unchanged, having been updated earlier in 2025.

From July 2025, the fine for non-payment of the road toll in Denmark will double to DKK 9,000 (€1,206). The new rules allow trucks to be stopped before entering the Storebelt bridge: if non-payment is detected, the driver will have to pay on the spot or go back. Since the launch of the KmToll system in January, hauliers have reported technical failures and erroneous fines. The ITD Association recommends not to pay disputed fines until the complaint is processed.
From 1 July 2025, the toll road network for commercial vehicles in Lithuania will increase by 1,151 km by including 21 new regional sections. The total length will be 2,851 km, and revenue from fees could reach €77 million in 2026. On the same day, Slovakia will introduce a new pricing system based on CO₂ emission classes: older cars will be in the expensive class 1, while operators of modern cars will be able to apply for a more favourable classification via the emyto.sk portal.
