In the Kostanay region, dynamic growth in container transportation continues. Over the 11 months of 2023, the Kostanay branch of freight transport successfully loaded 13,173 fitting platforms with a total weight of 693.6 thousand tons (23,454 containers). Kenes Dyusekeev, the head of the logistics department of the Kostanay branch, emphasized that this achievement led to the establishment of 303 organized routes.
Analyzing the cargo nomenclature transported in 2023, the following results were identified:
1. Grain crops: 6,934 fitting platforms weighing 375 thousand tons (12,389 containers), resulting in the creation of 164 organized routes.
2. Milled products: 5,776 fitting platforms weighing 293.4 thousand tons (10,208 containers) and the formation of 126 organized routes.
3. Asbestos from the Zhitikara station: 463 fitting platforms weighing 25.2 thousand tons (857 containers) and the organization of 13 routes.
Particularly impressive volumes of container transportation were achieved in November of the past year: 794 fitting platforms with a weight of 35.4 thousand tons (1,442 containers) and the establishment of 15 organized routes.
