JSC Kedentransservice and the largest transport and investment group of the city of Jinhua (PRC) signed a memorandum of intent to create a modern transport and logistics complex in Almaty. The document was the result of negotiations held at JSC NC KTZ with the participation of the Chinese delegation headed by the Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of the city of Jinhua Zhu Chunlie.

The new hub will facilitate the integration of international routes, the development of multimodal transportation and the strengthening of Kazakhstan’s position on the route of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Corridor (TITC). The project involves the construction of a container yard and modern warehouses on an area of 17.9 hectares with a capacity of up to 300 thousand TEU per year.
The complex will become an export-import hub capable of consolidating cargo and accelerating the processing of goods. Its implementation will ensure the synergy of the logistics systems of Kazakhstan and China, opening up new opportunities for the growth of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
