თურქეთმა აზერბაიჯანის საზღვრამდე რკინიგზის ხაზის მშენებლობა დაიწყო.

22 აგვისტოს, იდირში გაიმართა ცერემონია ყარსი-დილუჯუს რკინიგზის ხაზის მშენებლობის დაწყების აღსანიშნავად, რომელიც თურქეთს ნახჭევანის ავტონომიურ რესპუბლიკასთან დააკავშირებს. ღონისძიებას თურქეთის ტრანსპორტის მინისტრი აბდულკადირ ურალოღლუ დაესწრო.

The new 224 km long line will be part of the strategic “Zangezur Corridor”, which is of key importance for the development of transport links in the region. The project is aimed at strengthening logistics cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan.

The total investment is estimated at 2.4 billion euros. The implementation of the project will improve infrastructure in eastern Turkey and expand opportunities for freight and passenger transportation.
