The Port of Gdansk offers for lease a strategic site next to the largest container terminal in the Baltic.

The Port of Gdansk Authority has announced a tender for the lease of an investment plot of 3.3 hectares located at Kontenerowa Street, close to the Baltic Hub container terminal, the largest in the Baltic. The plot is fully prepared for operations: reinforced concrete slabs have been laid on a compacted base, which allows for operations to begin without significant initial investments.

The proximity to the A1 motorway, the S7 expressway and the Tri-City Southern Ring Road ensures excellent transport accessibility, while a tunnel under the Martwa-Wisła River connects the plot to both banks of the port. Permits for the transportation of oversized cargo are issued exclusively by the Port Authority, which simplifies the process and reduces costs.

A public railway loading yard is located nearby, making the site attractive to companies focused on intermodal transport. The Port of Gdansk is actively developing its railway infrastructure, supporting green logistics chains and the EU’s decarbonization goals.
