KTZ Express JSC-მ და AD Ports Group-მა გამოაცხადეს ყაზახეთში რეგისტრირებული ერთობლივი საწარმოს, GulfLink Ltd.-ის შექმნის შესახებ. პროექტი მიზნად ისახავს აზიის, ახლო აღმოსავლეთისა და ევროპის დამაკავშირებელი საერთაშორისო მულტიმოდალური მარშრუტების განვითარებას, ლოგისტიკური ჯაჭვების მდგრადობასა და მოქნილობაზე აქცენტით. საკუთრების სტრუქტურა შემდეგნაირად ნაწილდება: 51% – AD Ports Group, 49% – KTZ Express.
GulfLink will become a key operating platform on the East-West route, promoting routes through the Middle Corridor (TITR), as well as through Pakistan, Turkey, the ports of the Persian Gulf and the Indian subcontinent. Due to the favorable geographical position of Kazakhstan, the project will facilitate the country’s integration into global transport networks.
The joint venture will use the infrastructure resources of both companies to organize uninterrupted and efficient cargo transportation. The creation of GulfLink is an important step in strengthening Kazakhstan’s position as a transit hub between China, Europe and the countries of South Asia.
