Nippon Express (China) Co., Ltd., a member of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, has received GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certification for the transportation of pharmaceutical products by air and sea through its facilities in Shanghai and Lianyungang. The certification came into effect on February 21, 2025, and confirms that the operations comply with high international safety and quality standards.
The Lianyungang facility, located in one of the largest pharmaceutical clusters in China, has a strategic advantage – the ability to ship cargo by sea directly from the local port. The certification strengthens NX China’s position amid the rapid growth of the Chinese pharmaceutical market and allows it to expand the range of logistics services to new customers.
