Jarrolds Logistics, part of The APC network, has opened a new 30,000 sq ft logistics centre in Norwich, increasing its operational capacity by more than 35%. The new hub on Avian Way replaces the previous depot in Long Stratton and supports overnight deliveries, storage and fulfilment, while reducing driver miles and allowing later parcel collection times.
Since joining The APC in 2023 following the acquisition of RDM Distribution, the company has demonstrated consistent growth and expects turnover to increase significantly in 2025. Jarrolds Logistics employs 30 staff and has plans to recruit further to support the expansion of its services, particularly for e-commerce customers.
Managing director Mary Wiseby said the opening of the new depot was a strategic move for the business, aimed at improving efficiencies and further developing the company.
