Craiss Generation Logistik Austria GmbH und Co. KG is strengthening its position in the mobility sector by expanding logistics services at its largest site in Ebergassing, Austria. Since its launch in autumn 2024, the company has expanded its cooperation with the leading mobility solutions provider by also taking over the customer’s second business area. The logistics provider has equipped seven warehouses with modern storage technology and is continuing to modernize them, as well as integrating IT systems.
Since the launch, the focus has been on material supply and order picking, with a shuttle service for regular deliveries later added. In the future, the company plans to expand the volumes of materials and spare parts handled by investing in infrastructure and increasing warehouse capacity.
“In the long term, we would like to handle additional material volumes at the Ebergassing site in addition to the supply of spare parts,” says Saruul Od, Site Manager.
Ebergassing remains Craiss Austria’s largest location, covering 42,000 m² for the inbound and outbound logistics of its main customer. Following the successful start, the company leased an additional warehouse and expanded the storage area to 37,000 m². Managing Director Christian Walz emphasizes that the development of the network of sites and the acquisition of new partners through tenders are key areas of Craiss Austria’s strategy.
