Slovenian cargo airline Solinair has started construction of a new aircraft maintenance hangar at Ljubljana Airport (LJU), expanding its service capabilities.
The new facility will increase the company’s base maintenance capacity and will allow it to service not only regional aircraft, but also narrow-body models such as the Airbus A220 and Embraer E190.
The hangar is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. It will be equipped with modern technology, which will be an important step in supporting the company’s further growth.
