Hapag-Lloyd has reached a historic milestone, surpassing 300 vessels in its fleet! This significant step demonstrates the company’s commitment to growth and global connectivity. We are proud to announce the 300th vessel, “Nordatlantic”, which joined the fleet in January 2025.
“Nordatlantic” is the newest vessel built at Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding in China. It will operate on the Vietnam-Cambodia-China (VCS) route, linking important ports such as Sihanoukville, Cai Mep, Hai Phong and Shenzhen. This addition will help further improve Hapag-Lloyd’s inland network, which now includes additional routes for faster and more reliable deliveries.
Hapag-Lloyd’s fleet grew by 18.7% in 2024, with more to come. Along with the Nordatlantic, the company will also receive two other vessels, the Nordbaltic and the Nordpuma, expanding its global trading opportunities and strengthening its position in international markets.
