As of 1 January 2025, METRANS has completed another stage of the Adria Rail integration, centralising customer service and operational activities of the Rijeka – Belgrade Inđija service at the METRANS /Danubia/ headquarters in Dunajská Streda, Slovakia. Now, the processing of transport orders, management of daily operations and invoicing will be handled by a dedicated team at the company’s headquarters.
In addition, all processes related to incoming and outgoing invoices will also be carried out in Dunajská Streda. The company has provided customers with detailed information on financial data and new contact details, which will come into effect at the beginning of the new year. METRANS guarantees a smooth transition and a high level of service thanks to the experience of its team.
