Global DTC, a member of the PSA Group, together with the national logistics operator KTZ Express, launched the Tez Customs digital platform to automate customs clearance of transit cargo. The solution covers the entire process from preliminary preparation of documents to the automatic issuance of transit declarations, reducing the transaction time to 30 minutes from the moment the cargo arrives at the border station.
Since May 2024, the platform has been successfully operating on the China-Central Asia route via Altynkol-Saryagash, where more than 54 thousand transit declarations have already been processed. In October 2024, Tez Customs expanded its scope of application to the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), automating the processing of over 5,000 declarations.
Thanks to cooperation with the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, the implementation of Tez Customs has enabled the transition to paperless document flow, increased transparency of procedures and accelerated logistics, making it a key tool for optimizing freight transportation in the region.
