A new multimodal terminal has opened in Ukraine near the EU border.

In Ukraine, in the Zakarpattia region, on the border with Hungary and Romania, a new multimodal terminal “Terminal Chornotisiv” has started operating. This is a modern “dry port” designed for handling various cargoes, including agricultural products, sunflower oil and, in the future, petroleum products, for further transportation around the world.

On an area of 14.1 hectares, the enterprise is already actively developing production processes and plans to significantly increase the volume of handling in 2025. The volume of investment in the project is about 282 million UAH.

The terminal is of strategic importance for expanding the logistics capabilities of the region, using the proximity to the borders of the European Union for the efficient transportation of goods to the international market.
