At a meeting organized by the Ministry of Transport and JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, representatives of the Public Council discussed the development of the Railway Industry Development Program. The company demonstrated new systems, including Trip Optimizer, aimed at improving transportation efficiency, and KTZ Cargo, which ensures transparency of services.
There is a need to modernize the infrastructure and create a centralized data warehouse to optimize the operation of the IT system. Experts noted that the introduction of artificial intelligence will become a key factor in the development of the industry, influencing all aspects of activity, from product development to improving the quality of customer service. The Public Council put forward proposals for further digitalization of railway transport.
