Representatives of the KTZ Express and UTLC companies gathered in Astana to discuss the cooperation strategy and future plans. They focused on developing a strategy for interaction with Chinese and European companies, improving service and expanding services for clients.
It was noted at the meeting that cooperation contributes to the efficient supply of Kazakh goods to world markets with minimal transport costs. Both parties are actively working on the creation and development of multimodal services for export.
A joint venture between the railways of Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia, the United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Railway Alliance, is strengthening its position as a leading operator of container transit between China and Europe through the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. Kazakhstan plays a key role in Eurasian logistics, and the country’s strategy focuses on the development of transit flows and increasing the share of Kazakhstani transit in the total volume of traffic.
