KTZ Express increases efficiency using digital solutions

KTZ Express is intensifying efforts to implement digital services, with the final stages underway for the pre-project work on the “Unified Digital Window” initiative. This project aims to integrate sales channels, ensuring seamless communication between clients and all subsidiaries of JSC “NC” KTZ.”

Over the past few years, KTZ Express has been introducing digital solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize business processes, focusing on improving service quality and customer satisfaction. The company has successfully implemented an IT ecosystem that integrates all transportation processes, creating a transparent automated customer service process.

In pursuit of sustainable development and recognizing the importance of ESG principles, KTZ Express has developed a “CO2 Calculator,” accessible on the corporate website. This tool allows users to calculate CO2 emissions for transportation routes, aligning with the company’s commitment to environmentally responsible practices. Recently, at the International Digital Forum in Almaty, KTZ Express’s participation provided specialists from various countries with insights into current issues in the digitalization of the transportation industry. The session dedicated to digital transformation and the creation of an integrated information system within the EAEU for international and transit shipments garnered significant interest.
