KTZ Express has successfully launched a regular service for the delivery of goods from the Chinese city of Xi’an to the Azerbaijani Absheron station through Kazakhstan as part of the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR).
At the beginning of this year, traffic volumes along the TMTM showed positive dynamics, with plans to send about 10 container trains by the end of January. This is a significant increase year-over-year and KTZ Express is committed to maintaining transit growth on a monthly basis going forward. The route, with a length of more than 5,100 km, covers the territories of three countries: China, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, with a delivery time of 10 to 12 days.
