ZIM shipping line announced the restoration of its LBX service, the only direct container route between Ukraine and Israel. The resumption of the service will be a significant event for the market and will strengthen trade ties between the two countries.
The vessel’s first call at the Pivdennyi Port is scheduled for December 2, 2025. The line will ensure stable supplies and restore the full cycle of maritime logistics on the Ukraine-Israel route, which remained limited due to unstable navigation conditions.
The Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine noted that the launch of the updated service is a significant step toward restoring sustainable maritime communications in the country and serves as a positive signal for global logistics operators.
