USA Truck has completed the transaction to transfer its business to a new owner, in accordance with the strategic decision announced following the release of its third-quarter 2025 results to terminate its ownership of the asset. This move is part of a portfolio review and is aimed at creating the conditions for the company’s further development outside of its current corporate structure.
The new owner, UTAC, LLC, assumes full responsibility for USA Truck’s operations. It is emphasized that the company’s business model and its accumulated competitive advantages will be preserved and leveraged for sustainable growth over the long term, strengthening the carrier’s market position.
