Global aircraft maintenance and repair services provider FL Technics, part of the Avia Solutions Group, has completed the acquisition of Job Air Technic. The transaction, announced last year, was finalized after all required conditions were met. As a result, the Czech company officially joined the FL Technics global network.
The integration of Job Air Technic will allow the group to expand its production capacity and technical expertise, strengthening its position in the European MRO market. According to FL Technics CEO Žilvinas Lapinskas, the acquisition strengthens the company’s presence in Central Europe and adds additional aircraft maintenance capabilities in a strategically important location for its customers. Job Air Technic noted that, amid industry consolidation, joining a global group opens up new development opportunities.
Job Air will continue its operations and will be gradually integrated into FL Technics’ organizational and production structure. The combined teams will focus on synchronizing processes, sharing expertise, and creating operational synergies, allowing airlines, lessors, and operators to access a wider range of services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability. The transaction is part of FL Technics’ strategy to expand its MRO presence in Europe and meet the long-term demand for aircraft maintenance services.
