Logistics company cargo-partner announced the launch of Hong Kong Consol, a new service for expedited cargo delivery from Hong Kong and China to Europe. The solution is targeted at companies in the automotive, high-tech, and electronics industries, where speed and reliability of delivery are key. In partnership with a premium air carrier, the company guarantees cargo space availability even during peak demand periods. The service offers a full range of services, from cargo collection throughout China and Hong Kong to last-mile delivery throughout Europe.
As Patrick Petzneck, Corporate Air Freight Product Manager at cargo-partner, noted, the launch of the new service is a response to growing customer demand for fast and secure logistics solutions for sensitive cargo. He added that in industries where every hour counts, the new service improves the resilience and efficiency of supply chains, giving companies an additional competitive advantage.
The new service also reflects the overall growth in cargo volumes from Asia to Europe. Cargo-Partner handles regular consolidations not only from China and Hong Kong, but also from India, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Thailand. Currently, the company handles approximately 100 weekly consolidation shipments worldwide, utilizing an extensive network of logistics hubs in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing, as well as Vienna, Budapest, and Frankfurt. The company is also actively developing its Europe-India service, operating several weekly flights between Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and European logistics hubs.
