Formag and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The logistics company Formag has announced a new phase of cooperation with the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan by signing a memorandum on advisory collaboration in the fields of logistics and international shipping. The agreement aims to foster business ties between Ukraine and Japan and to expand expert support for projects involving international trade and transportation.

As part of this partnership, Vadym Dynyn, Head of Formag Kyiv, has been appointed as the Chamber’s logistics consultant. The company will provide expert support in areas such as freight transport, freight forwarding, supply chain management, the organization of international shipments, and the coordination of cross-border deliveries. Formag notes that efficient logistics and resilient supply chains are currently key factors in the successful growth of international business and the implementation of joint projects.

The company emphasized that its collaboration with the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan will facilitate closer interaction between Ukrainian and Japanese businesses, foster the exchange of expertise, and create new opportunities for economic partnership. Formag also expressed its gratitude to the Chamber’s Chairwoman, Kateryna Yavorska, for her trust and support of initiatives aimed at strengthening business relations between the two countries.
