A Digital Development Center for Transport Logistics has been established in Kazakhstan.

On December 31, 2025, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov signed a decree establishing the national state institution “Center for Digital Development of Transport Logistics.” The document entered into force on the date of signing and was published in the Information and Legal System of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The decision was made in accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property.”

The new center will be responsible for the development and coordination of digital solutions in the transport and logistics industry. Its activities are expected to strengthen Kazakhstan’s transit potential, accelerate the digitalization of the industry, and support the country’s emergence as a key trade and logistics hub in Eurasia. Its objectives also include enhancing business competitiveness and simplifying cargo delivery processes.

Funding for the Center for Digital Development of Transport Logistics is provided from the national budget. The Committee on State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been instructed to approve the institution’s charter, ensure its state registration with justice authorities, and implement other organizational measures arising from the adopted resolution.
