The partners will also work out technical and operational conditions for the safe reception, storage and blending of biodiesel at the port. Biodiesel Georgia will provide its expertise and ensure that the fuel quality meets international standards. Christian Roeder, Managing Director of APM Terminals Poti, noted that the project is an important step in implementing the company’s sustainable development strategy and supports the development of renewable energy sources in Georgia.
